Our Department of Oncology & Oncosurgery specialises in advanced cancer care. This department offers a multidisciplinary approach to treat all types of cancers by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and the expertise of oncologists, oncosurgeons, and reconstructive surgeons. The services cater to both adults and children with cancers originating in various organs and systems, including brain cancer, thyroid cancer, bone cancer, bone-marrow cancer, ENT-related cancers, breast cancer, oesophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, renal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, gallbladder cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, penile Cancer, blood-related cancer, skin cancer, and adrenal cancer. Through this department, the following services are provided and/or accessible.

Outpatient department (OPD) services

The department will conduct free health camps in local communities and provide mobile OPD services to increase accessibility for patients. Additionally, teleconsultation services will be available to reach patients remotely. The OPD will also provide physical & mental rehabilitation, psychological counselling, lifestyle counselling, and lifelong screening for early detection of recurrence and its management.

Inpatient department (IPD) services

IPD services will be available as needed, with admissions options for self-paying patients, government health schemes (such as Swasthya Sathi and Ayushman Bharat), and private health-insurance plans

Investigation services

Comprehensive laboratory support will be available 24/7, covering haematology, microbiology, pathology, and radiology, ensuring precise & accurate oncological diagnostics for all patients

Operating theatre (OT) and intervention services

Each surgical patient will avail a multidisciplinary board of doctors. Our state-of-the-art equipment will support a wide range of cancer-treatment procedures, including the following.

The department will offer regular workshops and advanced technique courses for healthcare professionals. It will also conduct continuing medical education (CME) sessions, provide guest lectures for family physicians, and host public symposiums to promote community awareness on cancer prevention & management. We also plan to launch the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) programme in oncology and oncosurgery, providing advanced educational opportunities for aspiring specialists in this field.
